** PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK *** When checking out with a credit card there is a convenience fee that will be applied CANCELLATION POLICY: If a client cancels within 24 hours a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. LATE POLICY: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed with in the scheduled time and a 50% fee of service will be applied. If I do not hear from you 10 minutes or more after the scheduled start time, you will be considered a no-call/no-show and will be charged 85% of the service fee. Please email or text if you are going to be late. NO SHOW POLICY: If a client fails to show up to their appointment and does not respond within 24 hours from their scheduled appointment time, they will be charged 85% of the service fee. *All fees must be paid in full before able to rebook. CARD POLICY: A card must be on file for all clients. When checking out with a credit card a small convenience fee will be added on. REFUNDS POLICY: No refunds will be given but minor adjustments can be made if brought to the attention of Robin M Schmidt/ Restorative Massage Spa within 5 days from the service within reason. I understand life & emergencies happen & I will do my best to work with you, but please understand this is my passion & how I make my living.
