** PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK *** When checking out with a credit card there is a convenience fee that will be applied CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE POLICY: Cancelations or rescheduling appointments must be made 48 hrs before appointment time to avoid fees. Failure to give the appropriate 48hrs will result in a charge of 50% of service price. SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICY: Same day cancellations will result in a 95% cancellation fee of service booked. LATE POLICY: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed with in the scheduled time and a 50% fee of service will be applied. If I do not hear from you 10 minutes or more after the scheduled start time, you will be considered a no-call/no-show and will be charged 95% of the service fee. Please email or text if you are going to be late. NO SHOW POLICY: If a client fails to show to their appointment and does not contact me 10mins past scheduled appointment time, they will be considered a no call no/ show and charged 95% of the service fee. *All fees must be paid in full before able to rebook. CARD POLICY: A card must be on file for all clients. When checking out with a credit card a small convenience fee will be added on. REFUNDS POLICY: No refunds will be given but minor adjustments can be made if brought to the attention of Robin M Schmidt/ Restorative Massage Spa within 48hrs from the service within reason. I understand life & emergencies happen & I will do my best to work with you, but please understand this is my passion & how I make my living.
